The Linear Line — A journey through the line

01 Bulk Product Arrives — Bulk product arrives and is held in quarantine.

02 QA & Regulatory Compliance Gate — Nothing moves forward until QA and Regulatory clear it.

03 Filling — Product is filled into bottles, jars or pouches.

04 Capping & Sealing — Containers are capped and sealed.

05 Labeling — Containers are labeled.

06 Quality Release — Quality release, with red tags meaning QUARANTINE and green meaning RELEASED.

07 Distribution-Ready Units — Distribution-ready units leave for retail and e-commerce channels.

Vendor Verification — Before any product reaches the compliance gate, HHH verifies vendor identity, checks documentation, and confirms the product matches the order.

Quality & Compliance — Quarantine and release are kept visibly separate: red tags mean QUARANTINE, green means RELEASED. No product moves forward until QA and Regulatory clear it.

Capacity & Performance — 45,000 sq ft total: 25,000+ pallet-racked storage + 15,000 operating + 5,000 office. 4 linear lines at 10,000–20,000 bottles/day per line; powder line 20–40 bottles/minute; gummy line 3,000 bottles/hour.

Retail Presence — Turnkey distribution, ready for shelf and screen. Online: Amazon, Walmart and e-commerce marketplaces. In Store: Walmart, Target, CVS, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Marc's, grocery stores, national drugstore chains, Bi-Mart, HomeGoods, Burlington, HomeSense. Institutional & Care: rehab centers, nursing homes. Meet the Departments

The teams behind every packaged unit.

Packaging and distribution only work when every function is covered. These are the departments that carry a program from inquiry to distribution-ready delivery — quality, operations, compliance and client support under one roof.

Quality Control — In-process and finished checks at the line — fill counts, weights, seal integrity and label placement verified while we package, not after.

Quality Assurance — Document control, batch records, SOPs and gated release. QA owns deviations, CAPA and the release decision — nothing ships until the record is complete and criteria are met.

3rd Party Testing — Independent laboratory testing coordinated to support your product file — results reviewed and filed before finished units are released.

Labeling Review — Labels reviewed before print and before the run — Drug Facts and Supplement Facts accuracy, claims, warnings, lot coding and placement checked against the approved file.

Regulatory Affairs & Compliance — The team that tracks registrations, listings, and packaging compliance — and keeps client programs on the right side of the regulations.

Product Safety & Adverse Event Monitoring — Product complaints and adverse events are logged, evaluated, and routed for FDA reporting within the required timelines.

Production & Operations — The packaging operation itself — filling, capping, sealing, labeling and secondary packaging across bottles, jars, sachets, stick pouches, display boxes and blister, in every format we service.

Sourcing & Supplier Qualification — Packaging components and partner suppliers qualified and verified before they touch a client's product.

Inventory & Fulfillment — Compliant warehousing and holding — lots received, identified and held in segregated, lot-controlled storage under WHO Certified with SGS and SGS GMP discipline, inventory traceable from arrival to release, and finished units kept in proper distribution storage until they ship.

Logistics — Freight and delivery coordination for finished, cased units — staged and scheduled into retail, e-commerce and distribution channels nationally.

Export & Import Capable — Packaging, labeling and documentation prepared for cross-border programs — export and import capable for clients selling beyond the US.

Branding & Marketing — Pack presentation that sells — label and display readiness, retail presentation support, and the finished look your brand takes to the shelf and the screen.

Customer Service & Client Relations — A named point of contact for your program — quoting, customer relations, and customer products.

Vendor Compliance & Retailer Programs — Amazon, Walmart, and retail-chain vendor requirements handled by a team trained for marketplace and chain compliance.
